
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice
Spring onions - 2 Bunches chopped
Green Chilli - 3
Boiled Vegetables - Carrot,Beans
Tomato - 1
Eggs - 2
Soy Sauce - 1 table spoon
Ajinomoto - very little
Oil - 2 table spoons
Lemon - 1
Salt and Pepper for taste
Preparation:
Take a Wok add little oil and make a scrambbled egg , remove that and keep aside.
Now in the same pan, heat some more oil and add spring onions ,chillies and fry for sometime then add tomato and fry till it is totally cooked. Add vegetables to that mixture and add ajinomoto, salt and after sometime place the cooked rice into this mixture.
Add soy sauce, scrambbled egg, pepper,salt and heat this for 2 minutes.
Finally pour some lemon juice on the rice and server it hot.
