Shrimp Fry

Ingredients:

1) Shrimp cooked - 1/2 lb
2) Onions -1
3) Greenchillies-3
4)All purpose flour -3 spoons
5)Corn flour -3 spoons
6)Food colour - very little
7)Ajinomoto - very little
8) Egg white -1
9)Soy sauce-1 spoon
10)Oil
11) Salt to taste
12)Ginger&Garlic- 1 spoon
13)Chilli powder - spoon
14)Corriandar
15)Garam masala
16)Corriandar Powder

Preparation:

Take cooked shrimp in a bowl add chilli powder, salt, All purpose powder,Corn flour,Food color,eggwhite,corriandar powder, garam masala and Gingergarlic paste.
Take a pan and add 2 cups of oil .
Fry shrimp in the oil and keep aside
Now take a spoon of oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies to it.
After Onions are fried now add the fried shrimp soy sauce, ajinomoto.
After 5 min we can turnoff the flame and garnish with Corriandar.

DahiBasin Curry

Ingredients for making Pakodas:

1) Besan -1/2 cup
2) Yogurt- 1/2 cup
3) GreenChillies -4
4) Ginger&Garlic paste - 1 spoon
5)Corriander
6) Onions - 1
7) Salt to taste
8)Oil -2 Cups to fry pakodas



Ingredients for making Curry:

1) Besan - 1 cup
2) Yogurt -1 cup
3) Zeera - 1 spoon
4) Chilli powder -1/2 spoon
5) Salt to taste
6) Oil -1 spoon
7)Corriander
8) Onions - 1
9) Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
10)Corriandar powder

Preparation:

First we need to make pakodas.

Mix all ingredients required for pakodas except oil .
Heat oil in a pan and fry pakodas made with the above mixture.
Now keep all pakodas aside and let them cool.
Now heat a spoon of oil in seperate pan add zeera ,turmeric and onions to it.
Take besan and yogurt in a bowl and beat it till it becomes a good mixture.
Add the above mixture to the pan and let it boil for sometime.
Add chill powder, salt ,corriandar powder and then pakodas to the pan.
Add corriandar and turn off when this pakodas become smooth.
