Ingredients:1) Shrimp cooked - 1/2 lb
2) Onions -1
3) Greenchillies-3
4)All purpose flour -3 spoons
5)Corn flour -3 spoons
6)Food colour - very little
7)Ajinomoto - very little
8) Egg white -1
9)Soy sauce-1 spoon
10)Oil
11) Salt to taste
12)Ginger&Garlic- 1 spoon
13)Chilli powder - spoon
14)Corriandar
15)Garam masala
16)Corriandar Powder
Preparation:
Take cooked shrimp in a bowl add chilli powder, salt, All purpose powder,Corn flour,Food color,eggwhite,corriandar powder, garam masala and Gingergarlic paste.
Take a pan and add 2 cups of oil .
Fry shrimp in the oil and keep aside
Now take a spoon of oil in a pan and add onions and green chillies to it.
After Onions are fried now add the fried shrimp soy sauce, ajinomoto.
After 5 min we can turnoff the flame and garnish with Corriandar.
